RAFAŁ MILAND – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University Mickiewicza in Poznań, the National School of Public Administration and postgraduate studies at the Kozminski University. He started his professional career at the Ministry of Finance. In the years 2005-2006 he was the Deputy Consul at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Malmö (Sweden). In 2006, he took the position of the Deputy Director of the Oil and Gas Department in the Ministry of Economy, where he dealt with the issues of fuel stocks, supervision of the natural gas market and cooperation at the EU forum. In the years 2009-2012 he worked at PERN S.A. as a representative of the Management Board of the company and Deputy Manager of the Project Management Department. Since January 2012 he has been the Director of the Department of Geology and Geological Concessions. While working at the Ministry of the Environment, he was also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice.
MATEUSZ WODEJKO – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking and the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Until his appointment as a Member of the Board of OLPP sp. z o.o. he was the Chairman of the Management Board of Powiśle Park Sp. z o.o. – a company in the PGNiG S.A. Capital Group. Previously, he worked, among others in the Bank Ochrony Środowiska Capital Group, UKNF, NBP, PGNiG S.A. and the Municipal Office of the Capital City Warsaw. He sat on the supervisory boards and management boards of capital companies. He completed many courses and trainings, including in the field of financial accounting, financial audit, tax law, public procurement, information protection.
WŁODZIMIERZ WOLSKI – Secretary of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He holds an MBA from The Nottingham Trent University and the Wielkopolska Business School in Poznań. He completed post-graduate studies at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, at the Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas as well as in the field of internal audit and control in the economy and administration. Since 1995, he was associated with the gas industry: PGNiG S.A. (1995-2005), GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. (2005- until now). He held positions in the technical, commercial, economic and financial areas, he was an Internal Auditor. Currently – Head of the Economic and Financial Department of the Poznań Branch of the GAZ-SYSTEM Company. In the years 2008-2017 he was the Secretary of the Supervisory Board of the Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.
PAULINA MIELCAREK – Member of the Supervisory Board
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, the School of German Law run by the Jagiellonian University and the National School of Public Administration. She completed the advocate training at the Krakow Chamber of Advocates and in 2015 she passed the attorney’s exam. She gained her professional experience in law firms in Krakow. Currently a civil servant.
