On 17 December 2018, the merger of Naftoserwis and CDRiA has been registered in the National Court Register. From that day, Naftoserwis has assumed all rights and obligations of CDRiA. Naftoserwis will continue and develop its specialization in the field of pipeline diagnostics and research and development activities using CDRiA’s many years of experience. The consolidation of Naftoserwis and CDRiA is the next installment of asset management in the PERN Capital Group and will strengthen the further dynamic development of Naftoserwis.
